Celebrate Chinese New Year and Valentine’s Day, Manila Pavilion Hotel

Proudly presents a delicious menu choice for both occasions at Seasons Restaurant and Boulvar Sports and Music Bar. Executive Chef Giovanni Sias and his team have specially created a selection of anticipated dishes for our guests. Be serenaded by the wonderful group - Rhytm and Voices and get to end the night with a sketch souvenir of your romantic dinner. 

Valentine’s Day Dinner on 14 February will be welcoming couples and guests from 6pm to 11pm priced at Php 3400 nett for two persons, the romantic five-course menu will include Chef's Amuse Bouche: Pan seared Yellow fin tuna, tomato and bacon jam, balsamic reduction and Japanse mayo or Confit duck breast, port reduction, micro salad, dry figs on brioche. A fresh hand-pulled homemade Spaghetti Chitarra with sea urchin and asparagus in garlic and extra virgin olive oil; Heb crusted New Zealand rack of lamb, mint and lamb jus with vegetable ratatouille or Shallow poached Black cod fish fillet in saffron broth, grape tomato and mushroom bruschetta; ending the full-course menu with Chocolate amartto mouse over vanilla genoise, mascarpone cream, Italian meringue tears, salted caramel and berries campote for couples to enjoy.

We've got the roses covered for your lady, imported strawberry dip in chocolate pralines and a glass of sparkling wine to toast for your love.

Chinese New Year Fireworks Dinner on 08 February – Priced at Php 1200 nett, the five-course menu will include a Shabu Shabu Station with homemade noodles, hot and sour soup; Dimsum station with Jiaozi Siopao, Hakaw and Chicken Feet; Soup to cleanse our palette of Egg drop and Wanton soup; Salads of Pomelo, lettuce wrap and Vermicelli Salad with grilled hoisin Chicken plus Under the lamb station showcasing Shrimp egg foo yung, Spring rolls, and Chinese deep fried salad prawns with mayonnaise. Our team of experienced Chefs will prepare guests for our signature desserts- Fortune cookies, Tikoy and Chinese red beans cake. The Special Main course of Braised Soy Sauce Chicken, Stir fried beef tenderloin, Lions head meat ball and Longevity noodles; Chop suey and Stir fried Broccoli. Lest not forget the Carving Station with whole Fish sweet and sour, Pecking duck rolls and Pork spareribs barbecue to satisfy your Chinese craving and celebration.

A Lion and Dragon dance will commence at 6PM to grace the new year and coin shower to spread prosperity.
