Manila Doctors Hospital (MDH) undertook an initiative to alleviate these challenges by sustaining this year’s Brigada Eskwela clean up activity. MDH medical and non-medical staff assembled as an army of volunteers to repair and prepare classrooms in time for the opening of classes. From May 23 to June 4, these MDH staff came from various units and departments, devoted their free time in repainting the classrooms of Rafael Palma Elementary School, located at San Andres Bukid, Manila.
The success of this activity lies in the active participation and collaborative efforts of the school principal and teachers. The Corporate Social Responsibility Office expresses its gratitude and appreciation to all the volunteers, donors, and departments who helped in making the event another testament of the CSR culture deeply ingrained within the Hospital.
