YAMAHA UNLEASHES THE FIERCE EXPERIENCE WITH THE TFX-150 – 2016 Yamaha Motorshow: REV HALL – Xpressions of Xcellence

Last SEPTEMBER 24-25, 2016 at Mall of Asia Music Hall, Yamaha Motor Philippines continues to Rev Hearts during another edition of their Motorshow. Entitled the Rev Hall – Xpressions of Xcellence, the event showcases the brands innovation in multiple products with a quality that is known all over the world. It is also the avenue to unveil the newest product that will be offered to the country.

Yamaha unleashes the Fierce Experience with the TFX-150. This motorcycle embodies classy duality with each ride as a show of true nature but a highlight of a rider’s true character. It is freedom that is expressed through style and grace that is married to unadulterated torque. The TFX-150 gives you an upright riding position that keeps you in an active stance on the road. The dynamism of this posture is a rider’s ultimate stance of control and power. Because of this, the rider is given an easy to maneuver motorcycle that is agile and easy to control.
Just across the Rev Hall was the ultimate playground for the TFX-150. First was a stunt show where the TayTay stunt riders took it to the extreme with different tricks that wowed the crowd. A Moto Gymkhana Competition to test the skill of different riders and to make them personally feel what the brand new release of Yamaha can offer. The results were:

The 2-day event was opened by the 2016 World Hip-Hop Dance Champions Upeepz with a performance that showed why they were awarded as best in the Globe. Guests were taken through the Rev Hall by pound-for-pound host, Rico Robles, who got everyone involved in the action.

Now that it is available in the Philippines, riders can now unleash their other side with Yamaha. Available in Silver and Matte Yellowish Gray colors, at an SRP of only Php139, 000. It was indeed a Fierce Experience for everyone; the TFX-150 has arrived.

Last SEPTEMBER 18, 2016, Carmona Circuit Racetrack, it all started with the presence of a MotoGP Champion who kicked off another historic season. Now Yamaha has returned to where it all began after searching for riders across the archipelago. Qualified racers from Malaybalay, Bukidnon and Cebu City made their way to Luzon for the last battle.

Only 29 riders remained to vie for the right to be named Champion and represent Yamaha Philippines once again. But that wasn’t the only thing at stake; the winners will have an all expense paid trip to Malaysia to watch the MotoGP and a special training camp that will be held in Japan. With the stakes raised to that kind of level it was obvious that the competition will reach a high level of ferocity.
The voice of the Yamaha Grand Prix, Rico Robles, got the crowd going as he introduced the riders from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. To add more fuel to the fire, the wowowin dancers gave a scintillating performance that entertained everyone in the venue. Sales and Marketing Director, Mr. Kaoru Ogura, officially declared the race open and it was time to find out who was the best of them all.
The YZF-R15 competition was a fiery feud between teammates. Masato Fernando, James Aldrin Mendez, and John Emerson Inguito may all race under one name but on the track it was a free for all towards the finish line. Through every corner it was a hot pursuit and the owner of the top spot changed every lap. In the end only one could be named on top.

All they need to do is like the Facebook page of HPI and then upload their photo with the Honda Cosplayer on their personal FB accounts using a specified hashtag. It will serve as their entry to the social media contest of Honda and they can win if their photo with the Honda Cosplayer gets the most number of likes.

Radio DJ Lala Banderas of Yes FM will also be present to add to the fun during selected weekends. The culminating program on October 15 shall once again be hosted by Erika Padilla and shall feature celebrities Vhong Navarro and Jhong Hilario. Winners of the competition, and the photo op contest on social media would be announced towards the end part of the program.

What makes the new breed of Honda motorcycles unique in their respective classes is the exclusive and breakthrough innovation called the Honda Smart Technology. It is a groundbreaking technology that makes it easy for users to drive their motorcycles and quite safely too. The uniqueness of this technology hinges on the following aspects: on road performance of the motorcycles, ensures high fuel efficiency, guarantees safety and protection of the rider, and improves overall utility.

Novuhair Supports Alopecia Areata Awareness in Celebrating Inner Strength

September marks the month-long commemoration of Alopecia Areata awareness worldwide. Alopecia areata is a condition when hair loss occur due to faults in the immune system attacking the hair follicles which results in partial or total loss of hair on the head and other parts of the body.

Leading this year’s celebration in the country is Alopecia Philippines, a group founded by singer and songwriter Abby Asistio in 2012. She has been championing the cause of empowering citizens with this condition.

Abby is no stranger to alopecia, having been diagnosed with alopecia areata since she was four years old. Abby’s decision to come out in public with her condition was a major turning point in her life.
On September 2012, Abby decided to start an online campaign in time with Alopecia Awareness Month by inviting family and friends to pose with the double “A” (inverted “V”) sign using their fingers on the photo sharing site, Instagram. It quickly caught on and Abby was overwhelmed by the response from netizens, with over a thousand photo contributions to date.

This paved the way for the beginnings of Alopecia Philippines. It aims to raise awareness about alopecia and correct common misconceptions and perceptions about it, provide encouragement to people afflicted with it, and create an online support community for them.

Inspired by Abby’s honesty and courage, men and women, kids and teens from different walks of life began sharing their own stories and struggles living with alopecia. What started out as a group of ten is now more than 300 members strong and its Facebook page – Alopecia Areata Awareness, draws followers from all over the world.

Novuhair has been supporting the cause for Alopecia Philippines through Abby Asistio. Abby have been using the brand continuously since March 2013 and she has only praises to share using the product.
